Have you ever wondered which connection in your power outlet is the phase connection (hot)? Or where the live wires run in the wall? Our pin-like AC sensor detects alternating electric fields that deviate from the neutral conductor (yourself) and signals this with a red flashing tip and a sound.

Use this sensor to determine the phase position from the outlet to most electrical devices. There are good reasons to connect all devices to the same phase, preferably the phase that causes the least stray capacitance. This reduces the noise current caused by diverging signal minus potentials, which contributes to significantly lower background noise and improves system dynamics and detail fidelity.

You can also use this sensor to check the alternating electric field of each power cord. Once you realize how much difference it makes to suppress the fields around your audio/video equipment, you will open the door to a new world of clear, clean picture and sound.

Verwenden Sie diesen Sensor, um die Phasenposition von der Wandsteckdose bis zu den meisten elektrischen Geräten zu bestimmen. Es gibt gute Gründe, alle Geräte an derselben Phase anzuschließen, vorzugsweise an der Phase, die die geringste Streukapazität verursacht.

Durch diese Maßnahme wird der Rauschstrom, der durch divergierende Signalpotentiale verursacht wird, verringert, was zu einem deutlich reduzierten Rauschpegel führt und die Dynamik und Detailtreue des Systems verbessert. Mit dem AC-Sensor können magnetische Wechselfelder sichtbar gemacht werden.

Das Kabel muss dazu an das Stromnetz angeschlossen sein. Hält man die Spitze des Sensors in die Nähe des Kabels und der Sensorstick leuchtet, ist ein magnetisches Wechselfeld vorhanden.
